Quotes and estimates
Any price we share before an on-site visit is an estimate based on the information you give us. Final pricing is confirmed at your free on-site quote and depends on the size, surfaces and condition of the work.
Scheduling
We will confirm an appointment window with you. Weather, access or safety conditions can require us to reschedule; we will always let you know as early as we can.
The work
We use soft washing for delicate surfaces (roofs, siding, screens) and controlled pressure only where it is appropriate. Please tell us about anything fragile, any plants or pets, and any access notes so we can protect your property.
Re-clean guarantee
If organic algae or mold returns within 6 months of a soft wash, we will re-clean the affected area at no charge. This covers normal organic regrowth and does not cover new staining, damage, or surfaces we did not treat.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Liability
We carry insurance and take care with your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for loose or failing materials and disclosed conditions that normal cleaning can aggravate.
